Order Processing Hours

We process orders during the following hours:

  • Monday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Sunday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Malaysia Public Holidays: Closed

All orders will be shipped or made available for pickup on the next business day. Same-day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if placed before the cutoff time.

  1. Orders with unavailable items, exchanges, or special requests may require additional preparation time.

Domestic Shipping (Malaysia Only)

Peninsular Malaysia

We partner with the following courier services:

  1. NinjaVan – Next business day delivery (ETA: 2-3 business days).
  2. J&T Express – Next business day delivery (ETA: 2-3 business days).
  3. Lalamove – Same-day delivery for selected areas in Kuala Lumpur & Selangor.
  • Same-Day Delivery:
    • Orders must be placed and paid before 5:00 PM.
    • Estimated delivery time is before 10:00 PM on the same day.
    • If no riders are available or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., heavy rain), your order may be delayed to the next business day.
    • No tracking number will be provided for same-day deliveries. You may WhatsApp us for updates.
  • Next-Day Delivery:
    • Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed the next business day.
    • Customers will be notified via email once the order is shipped.

Sabah & Sarawak

We use PosLaju for deliveries:

  • Next business day processing (ETA: 4-5 business days).
  • Customers will be notified via email once the order is shipped.

International Orders

Currently, Clicky only serves customers within Malaysia. International shipping is not available at the moment.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

Clicky is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Any issues must be resolved directly with the courier service. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays or returns.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If you receive missing or incorrect items, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Email us at [email protected] or WhatsApp us at 018 972 6495 with your order number and a clear picture of the packing slip. We will review your claim and ship out missing items or provide a return label for incorrect items if necessary.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 36 hours of delivery. Email us at [email protected] or WhatsApp us at 018 972 6495. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will reship the affected items.

Cancellations and Alterations

Due to high order volumes, we are unable to cancel or alter orders once they are being processed.
